He was the moderator of the 1st Medical Aesthetics Congress attended by Dr. Jackues Le Coz. He has been working as the owner of Akumer Acupuncture Clinic since 2004. He is married and has 1 child. In 2003, he received training in Paris on reducing cellulite, local obesity and fat with medical and aesthetic mesotherapy, which has developed rapidly in recent years in the world. In November 2003, he participated in the ear acupuncture seminar of our Academic Acupuncture Association organized with the participation of Dr. Oskar MASTALIER from Germany. In 2004, he went to China to study acupuncture therapy. He completed his training at Yu-Sheng Chinese Medical Clinic. Acupuncture treatment application authorization certificate was obtained from the Ministry of Health, General Directorate of Health Education. He received Laser Acupuncture training from IFEM (Institut Français d’Esthetique Medicale) in France on April 29, 2004. He attended the 1st National Medical Hypnosis Congress held between 7 and 9 May 2004. He participated in the seminar on applied ear acupuncture organized by our Academic Acupuncture Association on 5 and 6 June 2004 with the participation of Dr. Oskar MASTALIER. He participated in the “EAV training programme” organized by Italy-Milan Manas between 24 and 26 July 2004 in Istanbul. He received the Medical Aesthetic Medicine application authorization certificate from the Ministry of Health. Between 8 and 10 October 2004, he participated in the 3rd National Acupuncture Congress, which also included participants from the International Community. He attended the seminar organized by our Istanbul Acupuncture Association on 24-25 October 2004, where the theoretical and practical training was given by Dr. Jeffrey Dann from Japan. He received the “Electrostimulation and Corpus Line” training given by IFEM in France on December 2, 2004. He took part in the 1st Laser Needle Symposium on 19 March 2005 with the participation of Dr. Detlef SCHIKORA from Paderborn University and Prof Dr. Winfried BANZER from Frankfurt University. In April 2006, he took part in the National Mesoestetic Congress organized by mesoestetic with the participation of AMME (Association Medecine et Mesotherapie Esthetique) president Dr. Christian Bonnet and general secretary Dr. Jean-Jacques Perrin. He participated in the aesthetic mesotherapy course program of which Dr. Luc Dewandre served as the chairman and received the INTERNATIONAL SAM certificate. He took part in 3 sessions of the 4th NATIONAL ACUPUNCTURE CONGRESS with International Participation organized by the Acupuncture Association between 15 and 17 September 2006. He attended the conference on “Minimal Invasive Aesthetic Therapies” organized by Globalhealth Academy in Istanbul on 5-6 April 2007 with the participation of Claus Peter Meisner MD from Germany. He attended the “17th Mediterranean Aesthetic Medicine Days” congress jointly organized by AESTHETIC MEDICINE ASSOCIATION AND UNION INTERNATIONLE DE MEDECINE ESTHETIQUE between 17 and 19 May 2007. He participated in the “7th ICOS International Cosmetics Symposium” event held in Istanbul between 20 and 22 June 2007. Şükrü Yıldırım is a member of the French Mesotherapy Association. He is also a founding member of the Medical Aesthetics Association. He is a member of TÜKAD (Turkish Society of Cosmetics Scientists). He is a member of 3 different Acupuncture Associations. He has been serving as owner and responsible manager at AKUMER AESTHETIC CENTER for 4 years. He is married and has 1 child.
