Precautions to be Taken at Home

After sweating;

  • You should wash your face and body.
  • You should change clothes and bed linen
  • You should drink plenty of water to replenish the body fluid you lost.
  • You should lower the room temperature slightly to prevent further sweating.
  • If you sweat too much, for too long, or inexplicably from natural causes
  • If you feel chest pain or pressure in your chest during and after sweating
  • If sweating is accompanied by weight loss or if you sweat mostly at night
