Ozone in the Press

AKŞAM NEWSPAPER

The ‘blood washing’ application performed within the scope of oxygen therapy provides a visible improvement especially in cigarette and alcohol addicts. The most used methods, such as ozone cream, ozone bag, ozone therapy, etc.:

Major autohemotherapy (treatment by taking blood from the patient):

In this treatment, 50 milliliters of blood is taken from the patient in each session. The blood taken with a syringe is slowly injected into vials that are used only once, in a special system. While blood is injected into the bottle, which looks like a serum bottle, plenty of oxygen is also given. Oxygen and blood are fused with a special light that also reflects into the bottle, causing ozonation, thus allowing the blood to receive more oxygen. The blood, which is completed in a special bottle and washed with oxygen, is given back to the patient drop by drop, such as serum. Thus, ozone completely reacts with specific substances that make up red and white blood cells, thus accelerating their vital activities = metabolism. This activated blood (not ozone or oxygen) is immediately returned to the patient using a normal dropper. In the method called ‘minor autohemotherapy’ in which the same principle is used, 3-5 ml of ozonated blood is returned to the patient by intramuscular route. With this method, non- specific immune system activation is performed. It is used in allergic diseases and in general to strengthen the immune system.

Application on wet body:

External therapy: Ozone gas is circulated in a special plastic boot (for feet and legs) in a closed system or applied with bags and foils suitable for different parts of the body. These consumables are made of ozone resistant material. The part of the body to be treated is pre-moistened with water, because ozone does not act on dry areas. This method is very effective in treating ulcers, wounds, open wounds, post-operative lesions, shingles (herpes) and infected areas. Other methods are ozonated pure water (in dental treatments) and ozonated pure medical olive oil, for the treatment of skin eruptions such as eczema, fungi.

Rectal administration of O3 (ozone) gas: Although it may not sound good, it is not that irritating. In fact, the patient does not feel any discomfort at all, because O3 gas is directly absorbed by the sensitive intestinal wall (membrane); In addition, since the tubes and bags are disposable, they are completely hygienic and the patient can apply it by himself. This method is effective in some intestinal diseases, but has recently been used for general health and rejuvenation.

Intra-articular injection of ozone: (Intra-articular ozone administration); Ozone gas (by trained people), as the name suggests, is slowly injected into the joint. This method is applied to the joint with painful inflammatory disease (it can be applied in arthritis, recurrent arthrosis, general pathological stiffness).

In the service of medicine for 163 years

The benefits of ozone, or oxygenated water, were first discovered in Switzerland in 1840 by the German chemist Christian Fredrick Schönbein.

  • Used in operating room disinfection in 1856
  • In 1860, ozone cleaning of the waters started in Monaco. Ozone has been shown to kill bacteria and viruses, as well as remove odor and bad taste from water.
  • In 1900, Nicola Tesla patented the first ozone generator. In 1902, H.J. Clarke used ozone for anemia, cancer, diabetes, influenza and morphine poisoning.
  • In 1915, Dr. Albert Wolf treated gangrene and wounds with ozone during World War I.
  • In 1926, Dr. Otto Warburg reported in Berlin that cancer was caused by a lack of oxygen at the cellular level. With this determination, he received the 1931 and 1944 Nobel Prizes. He went down in history as the only person to win the award twice in a row in this field.
  • In 1957, Dr. J. Hansler patented his own medical ozone generator.
  • In 1961, major and minor autohemotherapy techniques introduced by Hans Wolf began to be used.
  • In 1977, Dr. Renate Viebahn technically explained the effects of ozone on the body.
  • In 1979, Dr. George Freibott treated the first AIDS patient with ozone.
  • In 1980, Dr. Horst Kief claimed that he had success in the treatment of AIDS with ozone.
  • Ozone has been used in burn treatments in Russia since 1992.
  • Since 1998, ozone has been used in Kızılay Altıntepe Research Hospital and some clinics in Turkey.
